SPACE RENT: The monthly rent is $605.00 (single wide) and $655.00 (double wide) per month and pro-rated to be due on the first day of each month. Included in the monthly rent is water and city sewer. No additional assessments are charged for the common areas or their maintenance, i.e., community house, laundry facilities, bathhouse, and road maintenance.
TENANT COSTS: Monthly rent, electric, gas, city refuse charge (approximately $23.00 per month), telephone and internet (if desired). The park is not wired for Comcast Cable TV so satellite dish is the best option and best value.
THE TRAILER RANCH RESORT IS A SENIOR MOBILE HOME PARK: One resident in each household must be aged 55 or older to qualify to reside in our park. You must make application and be accepted by management prior to purchasing a mobile home in this park for the purpose of residing in the park. No rentals are allowed, owner occupied only.
